When this elegant downtown restaurant reopened in May 2005, we set to work creating a new image, generating buzz and prompting guests to change their downtown fine-dining habits. Our work has yielded national press (including a Wheel of Fortune appearance that generated more than 2,000 unique visits to Tristan’s website) and increased dining business. We also helped introduce the unique ChefCam that the chef sports three nights a week. It has landed him a top 50 "best ideas" of the year in Restaurant Business and numerous other media mentions.
